Toolkatsu is a small collection of browser tools operated by JOO MINSEONG. It currently offers image compression, proportional resizing, and JPG, PNG and WebP conversion.
Small tasks, fewer steps
Choose an image once and switch between three tasks. There is no account or payment step. A target file size, a pixel dimension or an output format is enough to start. The result remains a separate download: your original file is not overwritten.
What local processing means
Image processing runs in your browser. Toolkatsu does not send your selected image to a processing server. Loading the website still connects to the hosting provider; this is different from uploading an image.
Scope and feedback
This version supports one still JPG, PNG or WebP image at a time, up to 20 MB and 32 megapixels. It does not currently offer PDF tools, AI enhancement or batch processing. Guides explain the actual behavior and limits of this version.
