Compress: a target in KB. Resize: width and height linked to the original aspect ratio. Convert: change JPG, PNG or WebP without changing dimensions.

JPG replaces transparency with white. PNG and WebP preserve it. Conversion or enlargement may increase file size.

1 KB = 1,000 bytes. Up to 20 MB and 32 megapixels. One still image at a time; GIF, HEIC and animated images are not supported. Resizing supports up to 8,192 px per side and 32 megapixels total.

Unchanged originals retain their metadata. Re-encoded files generally lose EXIF metadata.

Set a limit such as 100 KB or 200 KB, select an image and download the result. JPG stays JPG; PNG and WebP compression outputs WebP. Dimensions may decrease to meet the limit. If your form requires JPG, convert to JPG first and then compress that downloaded file.
